Notice of Non-Discrimination

Report versus Complaint

Anyone may 报告 an instance of 性ual misconduct. Some members of our LU community, such as our mandated 报告ers, 负责任的员工, and campus security authorities are expected to 报告. Reports may be used to begin a conversation about available resources, connect individuals to appropriate support services, 确定趋势, enhance campus safety, 满足需求.

What/Who are mandated 报告ers?

Known as Responsible Employees under 第九条, mandated 报告ers must 报告 性ual harassment to the 第九条 Coordinator. Mandated 报告ers include 教师, administrators (deans), 教练, residence hall directors and CAs, campus safety officers, human resources personnel, and any staff who supervise students or employees.

What are confidential resources?
